ALL of our equipment is not just wiped down with an old rag, but actually washed with anti- bacterial liquid and water, dried, then sanitised with commercial Anti-Viral Disinfectant, before being packed up to be delivered to you. Equipment is thoroughly checked after every use - it is not a monthly thing - so you can have peace of mind knowing safety and cleanliness is at the forefront of what we do. We recommend that it is suitable for up to 8 toddlers, but it is at your own discretion.

You will be required to follow our safe play guidance and accept our terms & conditions upon hire, of which you will be sent upon booking, and declare that you have read them. The hirer is responsible for injury or damage occurring whilst the Soft Play Package is on hire and you must therefore ensure that there is adequate adult supervision at all times when the equipment is in use. If you ever have any queries, please refer to our Terms and Conditions and/or contact us immediately and we will do our best to help.

Foam safety mats are replaced regularly to ensure that our equipment stays in excellent condition for you, and they are therefore subject to change in colour/pattern, though they will always remain in-keeping with the theme (ie. pinks for Princess, blues for Pirates, purples for Party), and the same size. The same goes for the Scuttlebugs and Hoppers, we cannot guarantee the specific ones that you will receive although they will remain in-keeping with the theme and colouring.

Free drop off and collection is for hire locations within 7.5 miles of Brampton only. Coverage outside this radius is at our discretion only and if we do agree to travelling outside our radius then it is chargeable at £1 per extra km - please get in touch for a quote if you fall outside this radius. Drop off is after 10:30am and collection is at 4pm. Do let us know if you require times outside of these as we try to be accommodating where we can.

We offer a no fee cancellation service when you cancel at least 14 calendar days prior to the hire date. If cancelling within 14 calendar days of the hire date, you will be charged 50% of the hire rate, and if cancelling within 72 hours of the hire date you will charged the full rate (the deposit will always be fully refunded).

We have our STUNNING Princess Ball Pit, a huge 5'x5' with over 1000 pretty coloured balls, available for you to add on to the Princess Package for just £30 extra.


For a real wow factor, and excellent for all toddler ages, this completes our Princess Soft Play Package perfectly. An incredible sensory experience, toddlers can bury themselves in balls, pass them to each other, sort balls by colours, and feel the different texture on their skin for stimulating sensory play. Not to mention the amazing photo opportunities!


NB. The Ball Pit can only be hired at the weekend, as it requires set up by ourselves for safety purposes so there is no option for door-to-door drop off. Only 6 children in the Ball Pit at once.

Frequently Asked Questions

 Q.) Does the price include drop off, collection and set up?
A.) Yes the price you see on our website is the price you pay, this includes delivery (free within 15km of PE27 6) and collection. We offer a door-to-door drop off service, leaving you to set up the equipment however you want, as per our ts and cs, however if you have hired the Ball Pit then we will set this up for you, free of charge.

Q.) When will you deliver?
A.) Our free delivery is from 9am and collection is until 4pm, but for £10 extra we can collect at 6pm.

Q.) Whats the best way to pay?
A.) Payment is by card online only, however the deposit can be paid in cash on the day if you prefer, which will need to be paid before we unload.

Q.) How much room do you need for delivery?
A.) The soft play will fit through a standard garden gate but it must be easily accessible, so please make sure the bins and other garden items are moved out of the way before we deliver. 

Q.) Can the soft play go indoors or is it outdoors only?
A.) Yes - just make sure you have enough space and that it has been cleared of furniture and any dangerous loose cables etc BEFORE we arrive. For outdoor hires we can only put it on flat grass/astroturf that is animal foul/rubbish/rock free. We only hire indoors from September to February, unless we have agreed in advance that you can have it outside (and only if you can suggest an enclosed covered outside space with ground protection for our mats).

Q.) Can I use the soft play in the rain?
A.) In short, NO! You must bring it inside straight away. Cleaning fees will apply for wet/damp equipment.

Q.) What are the age limits?
A.) It is for under fives only - for insurance reasons these limits must be adhered to. You have to sign a disclaimer to say you have read and understood the rules.

Q.) Are we fully covered by your insurance?
A.) We have £1 Million public liability cover insurance as standard, this ensures that we are covered in the event of a claim for negligence or faulty equipment. This does not offer full protection against the hirer (you) should they be negligent, so you would need to provide your own public liability insurance if this was something you required.

Q.) Can we hire soft play on land that we do not own?
A.) We can ONLY hire on enclosed private land belonging to the customer, or if you have hired a Hall.

Q.) How much does it cost if I only want to hire the soft play for a few hours?
A.) The hire cost is the same whether you hire it for 2 hours or 7 hours. This is because our soft play is only hired once per day so we can ensure that it is checked and thoroughly cleaned before the next hire. 

Q.) Can you drop it off the evening before?
A.) We may be able to accommodate overnight hire, but there are a few factors that we will have to assess first. We would need a scan/photograph of the Hirer's ID in advance to verify the customer's address, and then see the physical ID on the day upon drop off of the equipment. You must advise how you will keep the equipment dry and secure. There will be a £20 overnight supplement, and the refundable security deposit will double in price.

Q.) How do you set your pricing?
A.) We pay for Public Liability Insurance (£1m), Business Insurance for our delivery vehicles, regular cleaning and maintenance of our soft play and equipment, PPE, fuel costs, paperwork, along with other costs that go with running a legitimate business. The soft play is made by top suppliers and manufacturers. We visually inspect the soft play equipment before and after every hire. 

Q.) Can you hire at a Hall? 
A.) Yes of course! Please put your own address on the booking form, and then the hire address (so the Hall) below in the relevant section. Make sure the Hall knows that you are hiring Soft Play, and please ensure that you have made sure that it will fit in the hall!
